North & go 10 miles to signs & property on left.
From Rt. 322, take Rt. 35
South & go 31 miles to signs & property on right.
Turn onto Summit Vista Ln. &
follow lane past (2) ranch houses on the left & keep following auction signs to
the property.
The approximate start of the
property will be where you see the orange ribbon.

approximate (165) wooded acres with a recorded right-of-way off of Shade Valley
Rd. (Rt. 35).
